Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by rimming the glass with salt and setting aside a dehydrated lime slice.

Shake the blanco tequila, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave syrup, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
