Create a syrup by stirring the Earl Grey tea and honey together in a shaker.

Add the cognac, Scotch, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass.

Garnish with a slice of lemon.
