Chill a martini glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnishing.

Wash and cut a fresh passion fruit in half. Scoop the seeds and flesh from both halves into your shaker.

Add the gin, apricot liqueur, and freshly squeezed orange juice to the shaker and shake with ice until well chilled.
