Bases Clearing Double

Start with these components prepared in advance: Rye (We use a Rye infused with Gingerbread Rooibus Tea from Rare Tea Cellar).

Combine the rye infused with gingerbread rooibos tea, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and orgeat in a shaker. Shake vigorously to blend the flavors.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Finish by grating fresh nutmeg over the assembled cocktail for an aromatic garnish.
