How to make Monarch Martini with Mint, Gin, Elderflower Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Muddle the mint leaves gently in the base of a shaker, just enough to release their aroma.
Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and a couple of dashes of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters to the shaker.
Shake the mixture with ice until well-chilled.
Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
