Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare a garnish of white chocolate square to be balanced on the rim.

Stir the light gold rum, coconut rum liqueur, Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, and vanilla bitters with ice until well chilled and integrated.
