Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Lavender bitters.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Stir the Applejack brandy, Amaro, Punt E Mes vermouth amaro, honey syrup, and lavender bitters with ice until well combined.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, preferably over a large cube or block of ice.

Serve without garnish.
