Chill a highball glass in preparation for serving.

Craft a garnish by slicing a wheel of lime.

Shake the raspberry-flavored vodka, Strucchi Red Bitter, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and sweetened cranberry juice with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass while simultaneously pouring in the soda water.
