How to make Gato Negro Instantáneo with Coffee-Infused Mezcal, Amaro, Cocoa Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Start with these components prepared in advance: Mezcal (Joven, coffee infused - see notes).
Infuse the mezcal by pouring it through a coffee filter containing medium or dark roast coffee. Allow the liquid to filter through completely.
Combine the coffee-infused mezcal, Amaro Lucano, and chocolate liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir thoroughly to chill the mixture.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
Serve immediately.
