Chill your cocktail coupe in advance to prepare for serving.

Combine dry vermouth, bianco vermouth, dry apricot brandy, blanco tequila, and orange flower syrup in a mixing glass.

Add a few dashes of orange bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the oils of a large orange peel over the drink, then insert it into the glass as a garnish.
