Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a pineapple wedge.

Shake the Calvados, pineapple juice, rich sugar syrup, and Angostura Bitters with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe.

Garnish the cocktail by placing the pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
