Mayan Mountain Mystic

Combine the mezcal, fino sherry, Byrrh, Bénédictine, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters in a mixing glass.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the concoction until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish with an orange twist, releasing its oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
