Combine the overproof bourbon, sweet vermouth, cherry liqueur, and orange liqueur in a mixing glass.

Add a few dashes of orange bitters and aromatic bitters.

Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until it is thoroughly chilled.

Pour the chilled cocktail over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with a cherry and finish with a flaming orange peel.
