Use honey syrup made with 3 parts honey to 1 part water by weight for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

Combine the Caribbean blended rum, Lucano amaro, freshly squeezed lime juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey syrup, and chilled water or mineral water in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then place it atop the drink as a garnish.
