Tuscan Rosemary Lemon Drop

For the rosemary sugar rim, mix 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary with 1 cup superfine sugar. Use enough to coat the rim of the chilled cocktail glass.

Gently bruise a rosemary sprig by bending it several times, then place it into a shaker.

Add ice, vodka, limoncello, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
