How to make Green Whiskey Smash with Basil, Irish Whiskey, Lemon Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a Double Old Fashioned Glass.
Prepare a garnish by setting aside a fresh basil leaf.
Muddle basil leaves in the base of a shaker.
Add the Irish whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake vigorously with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass.
Top with Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco and give a brief stir.
Garnish with the reserved basil leaf.
