Double Grape

Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of orange zest and setting aside two red grapes.

Stir the pisco, Dubonnet or Byrrh rouge light quinquina, and a dash of grapefruit bitters with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.
