Candencia Obscura

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water or placing it in the freezer.

In a mixing glass, combine the Añejo rum, Amaro Nonino, and Gran Classico.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well-chilled.

Discard the ice or water from the coupe and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish with an orange peel twist, expressing the oils over the surface of the cocktail.
