Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare the garnish by skewering a pineapple wedge, a Luxardo Maraschino cherry, and mint sprigs.

Blend the light white rum, peach schnapps liqueur, pineapple juice, rich sugar syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and fresh mint leaves with a scoop of crushed ice until smooth.

Fine strain the blended mixture into the chilled coupe glass, using a bar spoon to help push the liquid through the sieve.

Garnish with the prepared skewer of pineapple, cherry, and mint sprigs bouquet.
