Savoury Whisky Martini

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering green olives.

Stir the single malt Scotch whisky, Strucchi Bianco Vermouth, Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry, green olive brine, and saline solution with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the skewered olives.
