Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Stir the apricot jam with the light white rum until the jam fully dissolves.

Add the Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, and Bob's Grapefruit Bitters to the mixture.

Shake everything with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.

If desired, add chilled water or mineral water, noting to omit this step if using wet ice.
