How to make Clover Leaf 'Martini' with Raspberry, Mint, Gin. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
Prepare a fresh mint leaf for garnish.
Muddle the raspberries at the base of a shaker.
Add the Hayman's London Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White vegan egg white alternative, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer.
Shake vigorously with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with the prepared mint leaf.
