Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare freshly grated nutmeg for garnishing.

Stir the honey and blended Scotch whisky together in the base of a shaker until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add the oat milk or oatmeal water, Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, and whipping cream, then shake with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Dust the top with freshly grated nutmeg.
