Three of Strong

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill a highball glass to prepare it for serving.

Optionally, prepare a garnish of a cinnamon stick and a bamboo leaf.

Combine the cacao & coffee spiced rum, bittersweet orange-red aperitivo, passion fruit purée, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice.
