Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by creating a celery ribbon.

Shake the celery gin, freshly extracted celery juice, kummel liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by placing the celery ribbon around the inside of the glass.
