How to make Apple Cider Mimosa with Apple Cider, Champagne, Brandy. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
This recipe makes two drinks. Divide the listed brandy, cider and Champagne equally between the two prepared glasses.
Mix together the cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small bowl. Wet the rims of the champagne flutes with apple cider, then dip the rims into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat them evenly.
Add the brandy and apple cider to each glass.
Top each flute with chilled brut champagne.
Garnish with apple slices and serve immediately.
