Cherry Stone Sour

Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Vanilla bitters.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of either a lime wedge or fresh cherries.

Add the bourbon whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cherry syrup, Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, and your choice of either pasteurized egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer to a shaker.

Include the vanilla bitters and saline solution or a pinch of salt.

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture vigorously to emulsify the ingredients.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim or fresh cherries.
