Bubblegum Daiquiri

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of either a lime wedge or a pack of bubble gum.

Shake the light gold rum, Licor 43 liqueur, bubblegum syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, chilled water (if not using wet ice), Peychaud's bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim or balance a pack of bubble gum across the rim.
