Chill a cocktail coupe to ensure your drink remains perfectly cold.
Prepare a Luxardo maraschino cherry for garnish.
Combine the cacao & coffee spiced rum, Cynar or other carciofo amaro, cherry (brandy) liqueur, and Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe.
