Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the rum, aromatized wine, allspice dram, and pear eau de vie.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Discard the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the chilled mixture into the glass.

Serve the cocktail up, without additional garnish, to highlight the aromatic complexity of the ingredients.
