Messianic Cocktail

Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish, and have gold flakes ready if you wish to use them.

Stir the Cuban rum, Grand Marnier or cognac orange liqueur, ginger liqueur, and Difford's Falernum liqueur with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared Coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.

If available, sprinkle gold leaf over the cocktail for an elegant finish.
