Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a chocolate orange stick.

Stir the Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Lustau East India Solera Cream Sherry, Amaro, and chilli liqueur with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the chocolate orange stick, resting it across the rim of the glass.
