Moisten the outside rim of a chilled coupe with orange juice and dip it into cocoa powder. Shake the gin, orange liqueur and white cocoa liqueur with ice. Add the listed 10 ml chilled water only when not using wet ice. Fine strain into the prepared coupe, express the orange zest and use it as garnish.
