Select an Old Fashioned glass and pre-chill it.

Prepare a pear wedge for the garnish.

Rinse the chilled glass with Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal by swirling it around to coat the interior, then discard the excess and set the glass aside.

Stir the reposado tequila, Applejack brandy, Giffard Poire William liqueur, and Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged bitters with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the mezcal-rinsed Old Fashioned glass.

Fill the glass with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared pear wedge.
