How to make Caribbean Sazerac with Overproof Rum, Light Gold Rum, Rhum Agricole. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Pour the overproof white rum into a frozen Old Fashioned glass. Swirl the rum around the glass to coat the inside thoroughly, then discard any excess.
Shake the light gold rum, agricole blanc rhum, Monin grenadine syrup, falernum liqueur, and a few dashes of orange bitters with ice until well chilled.
Strain the shaken mixture into the rum-rinsed Old Fashioned glass, and serve immediately.
