Flora Vieja

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, add the blanco tequila, elderflower liqueur, and maraschino liqueur.

Add a dash of bitters to the mixture in the glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Empty the cocktail coupe of its ice water and double strain the cocktail into the glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy the refined flavors of the Flora Vieja.
