Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Dry shake the new make spirit, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, rich sugar syrup, egg white, and a dash of Angostura Orange Bitters.

Shake again with ice until well-chilled, then strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass, ensuring no ice is included.

Top the cocktail with Thomas Henry Soda Water, or for an integrated experience, strain the cocktail into the glass as you pour the soda.
