Chill a cocktail coupe in advance.

In a shaker, combine the Blanco tequila, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, cherry liqueur, and a couple of dashes of orange bitters.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until the exterior becomes frosty.
