Perfect Pomme

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and set aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, apple brandy, and Bénédictine.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the coupe and strain the cocktail into the glass.

Garnish with an orange twist, expressing its oils over the surface before placing it in the drink.
