Mai Tai Suissesse

Dry shake the absinthe, rhum agricole, lime juice, orgeat, triple sec, heavy cream, and egg white in a cocktail shaker to emulsify.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously until well-chilled.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled Cup.

Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg before serving.
