Add a dash of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a Old Fashioned Glass filled with fresh ice.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, then twist and use it as a garnish.
