Combine the blended rum, Curaçao, rice vinegar, simple syrup, and grapefruit bitters in a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the oils from a grapefruit peel over the drink, then use it as a garnish.
