Anejo Fashioned

Combine the Añejo tequila, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, agave syrup, Angostura bitters, and Bitter Truth Chocolate bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir gently until well-chilled and properly diluted.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish with a twist of lemon zest, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it into the glass.
