Rinse a chilled martini glass with mezcal to infuse it with a smoky aroma.

In a mixing glass, combine the reposado tequila, sweet vermouth, and Cynar.

Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.

Float a thin slice of cucumber on top as a garnish.
