How to make IVO with Bourbon Whiskey, Dry Vermouth, Vermouth Rosso. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink stays perfectly cold.
Prepare a Luxardo maraschino cherry to use as a garnish.
Combine the bourbon whiskey, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Bols Black Raspberry Liqueur, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a mixing glass.
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until well-chilled and properly diluted.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with the maraschino cherry before serving.
