Chill your cocktail coupe in advance to ensure it's perfectly frosty.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the pisco, Strega, cherry liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Add a dash of sherry vinegar, a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters, and a dash of Himalayan pink rock salt.
