Fumosa Rosa

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a lime wheel and dehydrating it.

Shake the mezcal, Italian red bitter liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, your choice of egg white or cocktail foamer, and the saline solution with ice. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice.

Garnish with the dehydrated lime wheel.
