How to make Anejo Highball with Rum, Orange Liqueur, Lime Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a highball glass in advance to ensure a refreshing serve.
Prepare your garnish by slicing wheels of both orange and lime.
Combine the Caribbean blended rum, Ferrand Dry Curaçao liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled halfway with ice and Thomas Henry Ginger Beer.
Top off with the remaining ginger beer to fill the glass.
Finish by adorning the cocktail with the prepared orange and lime slice wheels.
