Genever Collins

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a half orange slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry as a sail.

Shake the oude genever, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass while simultaneously pouring in the Thomas Henry Soda Water.

Garnish with the skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
