Dry shake the blanco tequila, herbal liqueur, cucumber syrup, lime juice, heavy cream, and egg white vigorously to create a frothy mixture.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill the cocktail.

Double strain the mixture into a highball glass that already contains the soda water.

Garnish with thin cucumber slices threaded onto a skewer and place a straw into the glass.
